Painting White on White in Watercolour

During this Term at St Martins Church Centre, Liskeard, one learner in particular, deserved a place in the Students Gallery.

The objective for Session 4 was called, ‘White on White’, which was about painting a white animal against a white background of snow, but in fact it’s not, as when you look closely and breakdown what you think you see, it’s not really white at all.  Tessa’s paintings of a Polar Bear and an Arctic Hare worked extremely well.
